    • Tap the + button
    • Select “Manual Entry”
    • Choose “Food”
  2. Search Database

    • Type food name
    • Browse results
    • Select the matching item
  3. Specify Portion

    • Choose serving size
    • Adjust quantity
    • Nutritional values auto-calculate
  4. Review & Save

    • Verify calorie and macros
    • Add meal type and time
    • Add notes (optional)
